Deep sea scallops pan seared in a sherry tomato cream sauce over white steamed rice

Pan seared stuffed shrimp with surimi crab, chorizo sausage and spinach then tossed with tomatoes, bacon, onions and garlic parmesan butter sauce over pasta



Crusted Striped Bass                                     

Potato chip crusted Striped Sea Bass over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a french onion aioli and crispy onions
