Grilled Stockyard                                                                                    

Seasoned and grilled Stockyard Sirloin with a loaded bake potato and broccoli then finished with an apple cinnamon horseradish sauce and crispy onions



Sha Ca Citrus Chicken                                       

Tempura battered chicken tossed in a garlic citrus sauce over soy and ginger noodle stir fry with crisp vegetables



Creole Chicken & Rice                                    

Blackened chicken breast over yellow seasoned rice with peppers, onions and chorizo sausage in a garlic butter sriracha sauce



Tomato Basil Scallops                                                          

Pan seared scallops tossed with garlic, onions, vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil in an asiago alfredo sauce over pasta    



Coconut Shrimp                                                     

Coconut breaded shrimp over jerk seasoned rice with fried bananas and raisins, pineapple and onion rings



Potato Crusted Akura Salmon                          

Pan seared ranch potato chip crusted Akura Salmon over mashed potatoes and finished with an onion aioli and crispy onions

Pan seared Red Snapper over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus with a lemon caper butter sauce
