Grilled Beef Tenderloin
7-ounce beef tenderloin filet seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a mushroom demi-glace and served over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus

Chicken Stroganoff
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared garlic, onions, button, Portobello and shiitake mushrooms in an asiago cream sauce, served over egg noodles with a crushed oyster cracker topping

Mozzarella Tomato Chicken
Southern fried chicken breast layered with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and crisp lettuce, topped with a pesto aioli and served over mashed potatoes

Citrus Red Snapper 
Fresh red snapper filet pan seared with citrus butter, served over rice pilaf with citrus coulis and asparagus spears   

Broiled Salmon
Fresh marinated salmon filet broiled and served over mashed potatoes and wilted spinach in a tomato onion ragout  

Scallops Galumpkis
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over steamed cabbage rolls stuffed with bacon, peppers and onions in a garlic cream sauce, served with sautéed vegetables

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, onions, peppers and garlic in a spicy hearty red wine tomato sauce, served over rice 
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
