Dinner Features February 23rd, 2018


Grilled Stockyard                                            

Seasoned and grilled Stockyard Sirloin with mushroom gravy mashed potatoes, asparagus and then topped with a mushroom A1 steak sauce




Southern fried buttermilk chicken served over ham and onion fried rice then finished with rich brown gravy and 2 eggs over easy and crispy onions



Chicken Florentine                            

Pan seared chicken breast stuffed with spinach and goat cheese over mashed potatoes and finished with a chicken supreme sauce



Old Bay Scalloped Scallops                                               

Broiled old bay seasoned scallops over bacon and onion scalloped potatoes and toasted pita    



Creole Shrimp Gumbo                             

Pan seared Cajun crusted shrimp tossed with garlic, onions and bell peppers in a spicy sriracha tomato chorizo sausage sauce over rice



Tropical Grouper                                     

Pan seared grouper over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with pineapple salsa  

                          

                        Grilled Tuna                                             

Soy and ginger glaze tuna with stir fried peanut noodles with pepper, onions and mushrooms then finished with a sweet sharp mustard aioli

                        Fresh Broiled Haddock                                

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                                                     
            Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
