Dinner Features 3rd February 2018


Creamy Horseradish Stockyard        Beef Stockyard sirloin steak served with onion home fries, asparagus spears, finished with a creamy horseradish sauce topped with tumbleweed onions.



                       Cajun Pineapple Chicken  Pan seared Cajun
                         rubbed chicken breast over roasted butter corn and
                         mashed potatoes, topped with a pineapple salsa.



Mandarin Orange Sesame Chicken Tender breaded chicken tossed in a mandarin orange garlic sesame sauce
over fried rice with steamed broccoli.



Sea Scallops Bruschetta Deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, onion and grape tomatoes in a lemon butter sauce over pasta.   



Shrimp & White Clam Pasta Sautéed Tiger Shrimp and chopped surf clams tossed with bell peppers, bacon and onions in a white wine butter sauce over pasta.



Lemon Caper Blue Marlin Pan seared Blue Marlin over garlic mashed potatoes with asparagus, finished with a lemon caper sauce.



 Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
