Dinner Features February 5th, 2018


Loco Moco                                                                                            

Pan seared 1/2lb burger over ham and onion fried rice then smothered in brown gravy and topped with eggs over easy



                       Honey Garlic Chicken                                                                                                                                                                         

Tender breaded chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy lemon lime honey sriracha sauce over white rice and broccoli  



Chicken Stroganoff                                    

Pan seared chicken garlic, onions and Shitake/Button/Portobello mushrooms in an asiago cream sauce over pasta all topped with an oyster cracker topping



Scallops Primavera            

Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, red peppers and scallions in a lemon wine butter sauce over white rice   



Creole Shrimp Mac & Cheese             

Pan seared creole spiced Tiger Shrimp over baked macaroni and cheese with chorizo sausage, bell peppers and onions



Blue Marlin Florentine                              

Pan seared Blue Marlin over mashed potatoes and finished with a caper, tomato and spinach butter sauce with asparagus



 Fresh Broiled Haddock                          
                          Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
