Dinner Features February 14

Surf & Turf
7-ounce tenderloin of beef char grilled to perfection, paired with a grilled shrimp skewer finished with garlic herb butter and served with a twice baked bacon cheddar stuffed potato sprinkled with scallions

Kung Pao Chicken
Boneless garlic crusted chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, red bell peppers and onions in an Asian brown sauce, served over stir fried soy noodles

Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless lightly breaded chicken breast in a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Snapper Vera Cruz
Crispy pan-fried snapper tossed with tomatoes, spinach and garlic in a spicy tomato broth

Jerk Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with jerk spices, topped with a sriracha honey drizzle, served with a vegetable bundle and presented over butter scallion mashed potatoes

Deep sea scallops pan seared with ham, onion and garlic in a black pepper Alfredo, served over pasta

Shrimp BLT
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in garlic butter and presented over creamy white rice infused with bacon, surimi crabmeat, tomatoes, spinach, onions and asiago cheese

Shrimp Po Boy
Jumbo shrimp marinated and grilled, served on a hoagie roll layered with shredded lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes and red onions with a Cajun remoulade, paired with sweet potato fries   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
