Dinner Features February 9th, 2018


Short Ribs                                                                                                        

Tender braised short ribs over mashed potatoes and finished with a mushroom demi glaze and topped with crispy onions



Quarter Cajun Chops                                

Two cajun dusted pork chops served over mashed potatoes and smothered with sautéed A1 mushrooms and onions



Country Fried Chicken                         

Country fried chicken over mashed potatoes, house made biscuit and smothered in sausage gravy



Autumn Chicken                                  

Pan seared chicken over pumpkin mashed potatoes and asparagus then topped with an apple grape conserve



Scallops Bruschetta                                             

Pan seared scallops tossed with red onion, garlic, fresh basil and grape tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce over pasta    



Shrimp Gumbo                                          

Pan seared shrimp tossed with garlic, onions and bell peppers in a spicy sriracha tomato sauce over white rice



Potato Crusted Salmon                 

Potato chip crusted Akura Salmon over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a French onion aioli and sriracha gastrique 

                                        

                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                         

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                                  

            Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
