Dinner Features February 28

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with melted asiago cheese and finished with a wild mushroom marsala sauce, served with crumbly bleu smashed potatoes    

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh broccoli and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a light alfredo sauce  

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini and fresh spinach in a zesty garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with aged goat cheese  

Coconut Walnut Crusted Wahoo
Fresh wahoo filet pan seared with a coconut walnut crust, finished with an apple spinach cream sauce and presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice       

Spicy Southwest Scallops 
Deep sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, black beans, bell peppers, jalapeños and onions in a spicy garlic sherry wine sauce, served over rice and garnished with flour tortillas

Vegetable Seafood Curry
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed win a curry garlic peanut sauce with a garden vegetable medley, served over rice
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
