Dinner Features February 15th, 2018


Grilled Beef Tenderloin                                                                                                                Seasoned and grilled beef tenderloin over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus then topped with a mushroom and onion balsamic steak sauce   



Sesame Chicken                                                                                                                                              

Tender breaded boneless chicken breast chunks tossed in a sweet and spicy sesame sauce over white steamed rice and broccoli   



Bacon Grape Chicken                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Boneless chicken breast pan seared over mashed potatoes and topped with sautéed onions, bacon, scallions and grapes all in a sherry wine butter sauce and finished with candied walnuts


Honey Herb Salmon                                        

Fresh salmon filet pan seared and glazed with clover honey and herbs over white rice and steamed broccoli                                                                                                                  
                       Scallops Alfredo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with garlic, onions and red bell peppers in an asparagus alfredo and finished with asiago cheese



Shrimp Creole                          

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic lemon wine sauce, served over yellow rice



Blackened Red Snapper                             

Pan seared blackened Red Snapper over butter scallion mashed potatoes and asparagus and finished with French onion aioli and crispy onions   

                        Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                         

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
