Grilled Stockyard                                                                             

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned & char grilled to perfection, with mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus and then topped with a house made steak sauce   



Mandarin Orange Sesame Chicken                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Tempura breaded boneless chicken breast chunks tossed in a sweet and spicy orange sauce with white steamed rice and steamed broccoli

Pan seared chicken tossed in a lemon caper butter sauce with mashed potatoes and broccoli




Jerk grilled Blue Marlin over pesto mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a pineapple salsa

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with onion, garlic and tomatoes in a basil cream sauce over pasta then finished with asiago cheese



                        Crab Shrimp Rice                                      

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crab then tossed with creamy garlic butter asiago rice with ham, peas, red bell peppers and scallions

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
