Dinner Features February 8th, 2018


Bone in Ribeye                                                                                 

Grilled 18oz  Angus bone in ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato, broccoli hollandaise and then finished with chipotle onions, bacon and side of steak sauce



                       Chicken & Biscuits                                                                                                                                                                  

Southern fried chicken breast over bacon cheddar grits, sausage gravy and house made biscuit  



                       Honey & Red Chili Chicken                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Tender tempura battered chicken tossed in a honey garlic and red chili citrus sauce over white steamed rice and cinnamon wonton curls  



Scallops Primavera                                                    

Sautéed sea scallops tossed with mushrooms, garlic, lemon, onions, zucchini and red bell peppers in a white wine butter sauce over pasta    



Buffalo Shrimp Mac & Chz                               

Pan seared jumbo Tiger shrimp over a buffalo blue cheese macaroni and cheese with a side of cheesy garlic bread



                       Black & Blue Marlin                                                                          

Pan seared blackened Blue Marlin over pesto mashed then finished with pineapple salsa, crispy onions and a garlic lemon aioli



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                       
                         Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
