Short Ribs                                                                                                      

Tender braised short ribs over garlic mashed potatoes with a mushroom onion demi glaze and topped with crispy onions



Crispy Singapore Chicken                                   

Tender tempura battered chicken tossed in a spicy lemon lime honey garlic sauce over marinated vegetable stir fried noodles



Mushroom & Rice Stuffed Chicken                   

Wild rice and mushroom stuffed chicken over wilted spinach then topped with streamed ribbon cut vegetables and pan gravy 

BLT Scallops                                                                                          

Pan seared scallops served over spinach, onions, bacon and grape tomatoes with creamy asiago rice   



Cajun Shrimp Gumbo                                   

Pan seared Cajun rubbed shrimp with bell peppers and onions in a hearty sriracha tomato sauce over white rice



Blackened Blue Marlin                                        

Blackened grilled Blue Marlin over pesto mashed potatoes and finished with a pineapple salsa
