Dinner Features February 12


Montréal Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with melted swiss cheese and smothered in a mushroom steak sauce, served with a twice baked potato   

Norwegian Chicken 
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, onions and fresh spinach in a garlic lemon wine sauce, served over rice and topped with aged goat cheese  

Chicken Carouso
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and onions in a garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta

Walnut Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a walnut crust in a light sherry wine sauce, topped with a citrus basil black bean tomato relish and presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice       

Tuscany Scallops 
Deep sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, Portobello mushrooms, sweet peppers, jalapeños and onions in a basil garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese

Coconut Shrimp
Jumbo coconut coated shrimp pan seared and served over rice with a scallion zucchini sherry cream sauce  
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
