Chargrilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserved beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and seared to perfection, finished with A1 ® mushrooms and onions, served with Old Bay ® beer battered fries and broccoli hollandaise

Tender tempura battered chicken tossed in a sweet & spicy sesame sauce, finished with a wasabi drizzle, served over fried rice with steamed broccoli

Fresh blue marlin pan seared and finished with a fresh pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears
