Dinner Features February 19

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a barbeque tomato onion marmalade and served with vegetable medley and Old Bay ® garlic parmesan beer battered fries  

Garden Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic and tossed with zucchini, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions and peppers in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Pecan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan crust, finished with an apple grape conserve and served over mashed potatoes

Snapper Casino
Fresh red snapper filet pan seared with bacon, surf clams, peppers and onions in a garlic parmesan butter sauce served over pasta  

Spinach Artichoke Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with presented over a creamy spinach artichoke bake, topped with asiago cheese and served with toasted pita bread    

Coconut Fantail Shrimp            
Jumbo shrimp deep fried with a coconut crust served with steamed vegetables over vegetable fried rice   
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
