Seared Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserved beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and seared to order, finished with a mushroom onion chipotle steak sauce, served with garlic parmesan Old Bay ® frites and broccoli hollandaise

Sambar Chicken
Tender breaded chicken tossed in a sweet & spicy curry sauce, served with white rice, steamed vegetables and toasted pita

Grilled Ginger Tuna
Fresh tuna marinated and grilled to order, finished with a ginger soy glaze and wasabi drizzle, served with a Thai peanut noodle cake and stir-fried vegetables

Crispy Fried Grouper
Fresh grouper pan fried and served with a bacon onion stack and potatoes in a pool of creamy garlic peas, finished with crispy onions

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, scallions, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta    

Shrimp & Rice
Jumbo shrimp tossed in a black pepper flour and pan seared, presented over a creamy surimi crabmeat and vegetable rice   
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
