Italian Style Grilled Stockyard Beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with fresh basil tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, served over a Burgundy sauce with a twice baked potato.  



Chicken Carouso Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, artichokes, scallions and prosciutto ham in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce topped with asiago cheese.     



Jalapeno Mac & Cheese Baked Macaroni and blended cheeses with a jalapeno spice, served with garlic bread and your choice of soup or salad. 

  

Stuffed Barramundi Broiled Barramundi stuffed with spinach, sundried tomatoes, crabmeat and asiago, drizzled with a tarragon cream sauce and served with asparagus spears and a side of rice.   



Rosemary Tiger Shrimp Pan seared Jumbo shrimp with fresh rosemary, apples and zucchini in a sherry cranberry glaze over wild rice.  



Sea Scallops a la Romano Alfredo Sautéed sea scallops with mushrooms, artichokes, olives and broccoli in a light alfredo sauce tossed with pasta. 



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
