Dinner Features February 18



Shakshuka
Lentils, mirepoix and tomatoes simmered in a Mediterranean tomato broth presented with toasted pita bread and two poached eggs

Stuffed Stockyard

Angus stockyard sirloin steak stuffed with spinach, crabmeat, sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese, braised in Lambrusco wine and marinara sauce, served with mashed potatoes   

Cubano Chicken
Boneless chicken breast, pulled pork, jalapeño peppers, onions and pineapple served over wild rice with a chimichurri aioli

Barramundi ala Romano
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared with artichokes, olives, garlic and tomato served over pasta with a parmesan marinara   

Cracked Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with prosciutto, basil, asparagus, roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella tossed with pasta and a cracked pepper beurre blanc

Apple Pecan Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh rosemary, apples, pecans and onions served over rice pilaf with a sherry wine sauce      

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
