Dinner Features February 14


Wild Mushroom Beef
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with a sauté of wild mushrooms and fresh basil, served with a bacon aioli and parmesan mashed potatoes

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, spinach and asiago cheese, topped with béchamel sauce and served with asparagus spears    

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast egg battered and sautéed with artichoke hearts and shaved asparagus served over pasta in a lemon sherry sauce and finished with asiago

Cajun Barramundi
Cajun seared barramundi filet presented with a ragù of pineapple onions and jalapeños, served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf

Shrimp & Crab Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp and blue crab sautéed with sweet peppers, caramelized onions and garlic tossed with pasta and a cracked peppercorn Alfredo sauce

Scallops Saltimbocca
Deep sea scallops pan seared with prosciutto, mushrooms and shaved Brussels sprouts, served with pasta and lemon butter   

Sashimi Grade Char Grilled Ahi Tuna
Sashimi grade ahi tuna steak seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with fresh rosemary, pickled onions and stewed tomatoes served with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
