Dinner Features February 20


Cajun Bleu Grilled Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun seasonings and topped with bleu cheese crumbles and onion straws, served with a twice baked potato  

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and presented over ziti three cheese bacon Alfredo

Apple Pecan Chicken Salad
Char grilled boneless chicken breast with Empire apples, candied pecans, dried cranberries and crumbly bleu presented over fresh field greens tossed in apple cider vinaigrette

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet seasoned and pan seared, topped with a rosemary caper hollandaise and presented over asparagus spears with rice pilaf

Crab Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, sundried tomatoes, surimi crabmeat and feta cheese, broiled in white wine citrus butter and finished with an herb infused Greek yogurt sauce, presented over rice pilaf  

Pineapple Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh pineapple, sweet red bell pepper, red onion, tomatoes and spinach sautéed in a white wine lime sauce and served over wild rice  

Pesto Alfredo Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over pasta with prosciutto and wild mushrooms in a pesto white wine cream sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
