Dinner Specials 27th February




Southwest Beef Stockyard  Cajun seasoned grilled beef stockyard sirloin steak topped with fire roasted corn, black beans,  guacamole and tortilla strips, served with a twice baked potato and broccoli.  



Chicken Marinara  Sautéed chicken breast, mushrooms, artichokes, zucchini, onion, basil and capers tossed in a white wine marinara, over pasta finished with asiago cheese .

  

Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Pan seared chicken breast in a broccoli, cheddar, bacon alfredo sauce over pasta with garlic bread.

  

Rosemary Lemon Swordfish Pan-seared Swordfish simmered in a white wine lemon sauce, finished with a rosemary butter, a side of rice pilaf and asparagus spears.



Teriyaki Tiger Shrimp Sautéed tiger shrimp, broccoli, sweet peppers, carrots, mushrooms, onions and zucchini tossed in a house made teriyaki sauce over rice.      



Cornmeal Crusted Sea Scallops  Pan seared cornmeal crusted sea scallops over field greens with a chimichurri aioli and a brown butter gnocchi.



Jines Breakfast Burger  Char-grilled burger topped with an over easy egg, hash brown potatoes, bacon a white cheddar beer cheese sauce, served with a side of fries.



Fresh Broiled Haddock    Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
