Dinner Features February 9

Braised Short Ribs Jardinière
Pan seared and perfectly seasoned Beef Short Ribs roasted in burgundy gravy with carrots, celery, tomatoes, peas and onions served with mashed potatoes

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a garlic Lambrusco wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese   

New Orleans Bourbon Street Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, black beans, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic sherry wine sauce, served with rice pilaf       

Sicilian Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta

Stuffed Barramundi
Fresh broiled barramundi filet stuffed with spinach, sweet potatoes and dried cranberries, topped with a cranberry balsamic reduction, presented over fresh asparagus spears and served with barley pilaf  

Sesame Dill Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over grilled zucchini and sweet red bell peppers, topped with a pineapple citrus relish and served with wild rice        

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
