Dinner Features February 22


Montréal Grilled Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a Bourbon Street apple bacon glaze and served with a twice baked potato  

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms, roasted red peppers and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry lemon wine sauce presented over a lentil prosciutto medley

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and presented over fresh asparagus, served with a pineapple red bell pepper salsa and a side of rice pilaf  

California Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with avocadoes, sun dried tomatoes, zucchini and artichoke hearts in a tarragon cream sauce, presented over rice pilaf   

Scallops Scampi
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, onions and scallions in a garlic wine sauce, served over pasta      

Jalapeno Mac & Cheese
Baked Macaroni with jalapeño peppers and white cheddar cheese, served with garlic bread

Vegetable Lasagna 
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
