Dinner Features February 15


Montréal Grilled Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a roasted garlic burgundy mushroom sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Balsamic Bacon Brussel Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms and onions in a light white wine balsamic glaze, served with rice pilaf     

Sicilian Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh basil in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared and presented over fresh asparagus, served with an apple rosemary cranberry glaze and a side of rice pilaf  

Herb Crust Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with an herb crust and topped with a spicy pineapple citrus relish, presented over grilled vegetables and served with a side of rice pilaf  

Scallops Divon
Deep sea scallops sautéed with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and fresh broccoli in a Dijon sherry peppercorn sauce, served over rice pilaf     

Vegetable Lasagna
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
