Dinner features Friday 19th February

Stuffed Italian Grilled Stockyard Grilled beef stockyard sirloin steak stuffed with spinach, crabmeat, sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese, braised in Lambrusco wine and marinara sauce, served with mashed potatoes  

Chicken Taquito  Shaved chicken breast, cheddar, jalapeno, bacon and scallions blended with a spiced cream cheese rolled and baked in a tortilla, topped with sour cream, salsa and avocado.

 Scampi Chicken Pan-seared chicken breast, tomatoes and parsley simmered in a lemon wine sauce, served over pasta with asiago cheese .


Herb Crusted Salmon  Pan-seared herb crusted Salmon with roasted red peppers, capers and garlic with roasted potatoes and a rosemary butter sauce.

Bayou Sea Scallops Sautéed Sea Scallops, chorizo, onions, tomatoes and black beans simmered in a cajun wine broth over wild rice.

Mediterranean Mahi with Lentil Char-grilled Mediterranean dry rubbed Mahi presented over a chilled lentil salad with olives, sundried tomatoes, basil and prosciutto ham, finished with feta cheese.

Alfredo Shrimp Pan seared tiger shrimp, mushrooms and broccoli tossed
with pasta and a three cheese alfredo sauce topped with a dusting of nutmeg.    

Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

Fish Fry  Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
