Dinner Features March 8

Chicken Pesto Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a light pesto Alfredo sauce

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with a wild mushroom crumbly bleu cheese herb sauce, accompanied by a twice baked potato

Chicken & Waffles
Crispy boneless chicken breast paired with a Belgian waffle and served with a cranberry apple compote    

Garlic Seafood
Jumbo shrimp, scallops, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed with peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and aged goat cheese topped with an apple scallion cream sauce and presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp stir fried with shiitake mushrooms and garden vegetables in a light teriyaki sauce, served over jasmine rice dusted with sesame seeds   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
