Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts, scallions and mushrooms in a sherry cumin sauce, served over rice pilaf

Sausage & Greens with Chicken
Boneless chicken breast and Italian sausage sautéed with braised kale and tomatoes in a spicy garlic parmesan sauce, served over pasta  

Grilled Garlic New York Strip Steak
New York strip steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a mushroom onion, red eye sauce and served over roasted red pepper smashed potatoes  

Fruits of the Sea
Fruits of the sea (crabmeat, grouper, mahi mahi and monkfish) sautéed with fresh spinach, tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash in a garlic white wine sauce, served over rice pilaf

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes, garlic, lemon and Marsala wine topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp Sicilian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with peppers, onions, jalapeños and green olives in a fresh basil garlic wine sauce, served over pasta

Cajun Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with Cajun spices, served with a fresh asparagus and tomato cucumber relish and presented over white rice     

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
