Dinner Features March 15

Chicken Alaska
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat and mushrooms in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, topped with hollandaise sauce and presented over asparagus spears, served with a side of rice

Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a portobello Marsala sauce and presented with a twice baked potato

Sesame Orange Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet drizzled with a sesame orange sauce, presented over white rice with braised cabbage and dusted with sesame seeds  

Scallops ala Romano
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and olives tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce  

Shrimp Italian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
