Corned Beef & Cabbage
Traditionally prepared corned beef with cabbage, carrots and potatoes, topped with rich broth

Guinness Beer Brat
Char grilled Guinness bratwurst presented on a hoagie roll with sautéed peppers and onions, topped with melted provolone cheese and served with beer battered fries

Tuna Noodle Casserole
All white albacore tuna baked in a creamy pea and mushroom sauce with egg noodles, topped with toasted bread crumbs

65 Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a crisp tempura batter tossed in a spicy sweet and sour sauce, served over vegetable fried rice

Country Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan fried in a panko breading and presented over cranberry bread stuffing, topped with country gravy

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a smoky Cajun remoulade and presented with a baked potato and asparagus spears  

Scarlet Snapper
Fresh Scarlet Snapper pan fried in a cornmeal crust and served in tomato vegetable broth over a jasmine rice cake

Garlic Butter Scallops
Deep sea scallops, pan roasted in garlic butter with grape tomatoes and scallions, served with bacon mashed potatoes

Fire Cracker Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a spicy white barbeque sauce with peppers & onions, served over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
