Dinner Features March 17th, 2017

Tandori Chicken                                                                                                                                                         

Sautéed chicken breast with peppers, onions, garlic and scallions in a yellow curry sauce over white rice finished with coconut, currents and fresh cilantro  

 Adobo Chicken                                    

Pan seared adobo spiced chicken over a bed of marinated grilled onions, peppers and cilantro mashed then finished with sweet peppers and adobo cream

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                                                                        

Chili rubbed Stockyard Sirloin steak and cooked to order and served with garlic parmesan french fries and tempura fried asparagus

Crab Boat Scallops                                                                                

Pan seared deep sea scallops served on a roasted zucchini boat filled with crab, spinach, artichokes and bacon all served over rice

Lemon Caper grouper                                                      

Buttermilk battered encrusted with cornmeal, pan fried and served with mashed potatoes, asparagus and white wine butter caper sauce  

Blackened Salmon                                                          

Fresh salmon filet blackened and served with cilantro mashed potatoes and cream corn

Fantail Coconut Shrimp                                                          

Jumbo coconut breaded shrimp, roasted pineapple sticky rice and tempura asparagus with a honey mustard sriracha   

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                          
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Fish Fry                                                                                         

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
