Normandy Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Spicy Spanish Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with jalapeños, diced tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic white wine tomato sauce, served over rice pilaf

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings topped with garlic sautéed mushrooms and served over wild greens and roasted red pepper smashed potatoes  

Scallops Aglio Olio
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, broccoli, olives, eggplant and fresh spinach tossed in white wine, garlic and olive oil with pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Garden Harvest Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with zucchini, broccoli, yellow squash, kale, peppers and onions in a light white wine Mornay sauce, served over pasta

Granola Crusted Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with a granola crust, topped with a fresh rosemary pineapple glaze and served with wild rice and fresh asparagus spears      

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
