Sage Chicken                                                       
Pan roasted chicken breast over house made bread stuffing and finished in a sage country gravy



Mojo Chicken                                             

Spice seasoned chicken breast over plantain jasmine rice and mojo citrus buerre blanc and grilled pineapple



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                                                                        

Stockyard Sirloin steak marinated and cooked to order with garlic parmesan french fries and asparagus topped with banana pepper aioli



Scallops Greco                                                                                             

Pan seared deep sea scallops served over mashed potatoes with an artichoke, spinach and bacon cream sauce



Scarlet Snapper                                                               

Scarlet Snapper fish crusted in corn meal, pan fried and served over garlic mashed potatoes and pool of sauce ver a cruz  



Blackened Salmon                                                    

Fresh salmon filet blackened served with asparagus, bacon mashed potatoes and chipotle aioli



Shrimp Scampi                                                                         

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with onion, garlic, butter wine sauce over pasta    



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
