Open Face Rib Ravioli
Tender braised pork rib with shiitake mushrooms and caramelized onions in a sauce espangnole finished with fresh asiago cheese

Chicken Bruschetta
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with grape tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta with fresh crostini

Crispy Chicken Fries
Crispy sauzon seasoned boneless chicken breast strips presented over chipotle mashed potatoes served with onion petals 

Grilled New York Strip Steak
Hickory marinated New York strip steak char grilled to perfection, served with beer battered fries and mixed vegetables        

Chili Salmon
Fresh chili rubbed salmon filet pan seared and served over bacon mashed potatoes with asparagus spears and a Cajun remoulade  

Scallops Bouillabaisse
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served in a clam, bacon, potato, onion bouillabaisse broth

Shrimp Fra Diablo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy red wine tomato sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
