Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff                                                                                          

Tender sautéed boneless chicken breast tossed with garlic and mushrooms in a creamy rosemary sauce over egg noodles 

General Tso’s Chicken               

Tempura battered boneless chicken breast chunks tossed in an orange soy sauce over fried rice

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                        

Seasoned and grilled to perfection stockyard sirloin served with potato wedges and buttered corn

BBQ Ribs                                                                                                                                                                      

             BBQ Hickory smoked St. Louis pork ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli

Southwest Scallops                                                                                

Blackened pan seared deep sea diver scallops served with black bean corn salsa macaroni and cheese and a side of broccoli cauliflower augratin

            Honey Butter Salmon                                                         

Fresh salmon filet pan seared served over warm bacon mashed potatoes and tomato compote then finished with a honey butter  

Tomato Garlic Shrimp                                                         

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with grape tomatoes, garlic and scallions in w white wine butter sauce over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                          

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
