Kung Po Chicken                                                                                                                           

Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with garlic, onion, scallions and peppers in a Kung Po sauce over white steamed rice


Country Fried Chicken Steak        

Boneless chicken breast pan fried and served over mashed potatoes and served with a bacon and red eye gravy



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                                                                   

Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with horseradish mashed potatoes and buttered asparagus topped with banana pepper aioli



Crabbed Scallops                                                                                   

Pan seared deep sea scallops served over crab mashed potatoes, vegetable melody and drawn butter



Cornmeal Crusted Rainbow Trout                                                                   

Pan fried corn meal crusted Rainbow Trout served with brown butter and caper sauce with rice pilaf



Blackened Salmon                                                                   

Fresh salmon filet blackened and pan seared served over a Dijon mustard potato salad and topped with a chipotle and sriracha aioli



Shrimp Alexander                                                                         

Jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic, bacon, spinach and tomatoes in a creamy alfredo and topped with feta cheese    



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



Fish Fry                                                                                           

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
