Dinner Features March 1


Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Scampi
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Brussels sprouts and mushrooms in a lemon garlic sherry wine sauce, served over rice pasta and topped with aged goat cheese

Scallop & Crabmeat Primavera Alfredo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with surimi crabmeat and a garden vegetable medley, tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce    

Pecan Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet broiled with a pecan crust and topped with a rosemary apple onion cream sauce, presented over wild rice and served with a side of asparagus spears

Shrimp & Tomato Verde
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli and fresh spinach in a garlic lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
