Dinner features February 9th, 2017


Stuffed Chicken                                                                                                                                              

Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and crab then served over root vegetable rice pilaf



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                                                      

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin steak char grilled with and paired with garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and house made steak sauce



Chicken Cutlet                                                               

Pan fried chicken cutlet served over mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts finished with a cranberry and orange chutney



            Chili Spearfish                                                                                                       

Chili rubbed fresh Spearfish pan seared over an asparagus potato cake and brussel sprouts  



Scallops Au Gratin                                                                                                 

Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over a creamy garlic pasta and finished with melted gruyere cheese



Shrimp Fra Diablo                                                              

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with red and green peppers in a spicy marinara over pasta



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                         

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
