Pineapple Jerk Chicken     

Pan seared jerked chicken breast served over a bed of white rice and roasted pineapple salsa.    

Chicken Supreme Primavera   

Tender sautéed chicken breast tossed in garlic, onion and a vegetable alfredo over pasta      

            Blackened Salmon                                                                                        

Pan seared blackened salmon over mashed potatoes and cream of corn sauce

Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                             

Seasoned char grilled stockyard sirloin steak served with garlic parmesan french fries and asparagus with a side of homemade steak sauce.

Scallops & Char Tomatoes                                                                               

Pan seared diver scallops over a bed of char tomatoes and onion marmalade served with carrot mashed potatoes

Shrimp Greece                                                                    

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with onions, bacon, artichokes and wilted spinach over pasta and finished with feta cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                     

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry                                                                                     

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
