Sweet & Sour Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a tempura batter, tossed in sweet and sour sauce, served with steamed white rice and broccoli

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Stockyard Sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, served with asparagus spears, parmesan garlic fries and a chipotle banana pepper aioli  

Rosemary Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast breaded and pan fried, served over mashed potatoes and a trio of rosemary sautéed mushrooms

Blackened Spearfish
Fresh spearfish blackened and pan seared, presented over cream corn rice and served with garlic sautéed broccoli  

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over cream corn rice, served with wilted leeks, scallions and yellow squash      

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, onions, grape tomatoes and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served with crostini  

Salmon Florentine
Fresh pan seared salmon filet presented over feta mashed potatoes and served with sautéed spinach, tomatoes and bacon in a white wine beurre blanc 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
