Appetizer:
Shrimp Cocktail
Jumbo poached and chilled shrimp, served with a house made cocktail sauce

Entrees:
Eggplant Chicken Stack
Breaded eggplant stacked with marinated chicken, fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes and fresh basil served over pesto mashed potatoes

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with French fries and gravy and cheddar broccoli

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with broccoli and garlic in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served over pasta  

Blackened Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with blackening spices, served with rice pilaf and Cajun corn  

Barbeque Shrimp Pita Wrap
Jumbo shrimp in a crisp tempura batter, tossed in barbeque sauce and wrapped in a toasted pita with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and guacamole, served with black beans and rice    

Southwestern Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with Cajun spices and tossed with black beans, corn, peppers and onions served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
