Dinner Features February 13


Spanish Chicken Pot Pie
Boneless chicken breast strips tossed with Spanish rice and topped with a tortilla and pepper jack cheese shell

Blooming Stockyard Sirloin
Grilled Stockyard Sirloin steak marinated and char grilled to perfection, served with a baked potato and blooming onion petals

Boneless chicken breast pan roasted and topped with melted bleu cheese, served over a hearty vegetables stew

Sicilian Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and presented over garlic mashed potatoes surrounded by a pool of banana peppers, grape tomatoes and kalamata olives  

Crostini Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over crostini topped with spinach, artichokes and melted asiago cheese, served with mashed potatoes

Peppercorn Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, onions and charred tomatoes in a creamy black peppercorn sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
