Dinner Features February 20


Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sausage, peppers and onions in a hearty tomato sauce, served over white rice  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with asparagus spears and loaded home fries

Rosemary Chicken & Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with portobello, cremini and button mushrooms, garlic, and onions in a rosemary cream sauce, served over egg noodles  

Haddock Maria
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with wine, lemon and butter, topped with bacon, wilted spinach, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes, served with mashed potatoes

Cracker Crusted Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with an oyster cracker crust in white wine, served with parsley butter egg noodles and broccoli  

Sesame Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed in a sweet and sour sauce, served over stir fried noodles

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
