Dinner Features February 24th, 2017


Appetizer:

Spinach Artichoke and Cheese Dip                                                                                       

Creamy delicious spinach artichoke and cheese dip served with warm pita bread

Entrees:

Strawberry Salad with Chicken                                                

Mixed greens tossed in a chocolate balsamic vinaigrette topped with strawberries, candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles



Lemon Caper Chicken Cutlet                                                              

Tender chicken breast breaded and pan fried served over mashed potatoes and finished with lemon caper butter sauce steamed broccoli.        



            Blackened Salmon                                                                                                  

Pan seared blackened salmon served over roasted corn rice and finished with charred grape tomato compote



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                                    

Seasoned char grilled stockyard sirloin steak served with garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and banana pepper aioli.



Scallops Au Gratin                                                                                                 

Pan seared diver scallops served over a bed of mashed potatoes and finished with artichokes, crab and spinach all topped with melted gruyere cheese



Southwest Lime Shrimp                                                            

Sautéed jumbo shrimp tossed with peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers and onions in a lime cajun sauce



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   


Fish Fry                                                                                               

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
