Char Grilled New York Style Stockyard Sirloin
Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms and garlic butter, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, fresh spinach, artichoke hearts and capers in a lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta

Santa Fe Chorizo Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, pulled pork, peppers, onions, tomatoes and banana peppers in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over spicy rice

Herb Crust Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in an herb crust and served with orange rosemary cranberry chutney, presented over asparagus spears with a side of wild rice   

Scallops & Basil Tomato Eggplant Pasta
Deep sea scallops broiled in white wine and lemon served over pasta topped with a tomato, basil, eggplant, fresh parmesan sauce, dusted with asiago cheese  

Garlic Shrimp Vegetable Medley
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, sweet red bell peppers and cherry tomatoes in a fresh basil garlic sherry wine sauce, tossed with pasta and aged goat cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
