Crispy Chicken Flautas
Crispy breaded boneless chicken breast served in a pair of warm pita wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sriracha honey aioli, served with a side of steamed black bean and corn rice

Carpetbag Sirloin Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions seared to order and served over rosemary mashed potatoes with a bouquet of roasted vegetables, finished with a crab hollandaise

Buttermilk Ranch Chicken
Boneless chicken breast lightly breaded and pan fried, served with mashed potatoes and finished with a bacon black pepper cream sauce

BLT Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan roasted and topped with wilted spinach, grape tomatoes and a bacon cream sauce, served over rice pilaf and garnished with toasted baguettes

Fried Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp battered and fried, tossed with garlic, onion, white wine and butter, served over pasta   

Honey Butter Salmon
Fresh pan seared salmon filet glazed with honey butter and served over scallion mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
