Dinner Features February 16th, 2017


Panko Onion Chicken                                

Panko breadcrumb and onion breaded boneless chicken breast pan seared and served over a bed of butter braised cabbage and mashed potatoes with sausage gravy.  



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                               

Stockyard Sirloin steak char grilled with Quebecue seasonings served with mashed potatoes and asparagus



Mushroom Chicken                                              

Boneless chicken breast pan roasted served over garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms  



Wonton Salmon                                                                                                     

Fresh Okra salmon filet wrapped in a wonton, pan seared over rice topped with an Asian coleslaw and balsamic mustard



Artichoke and Crab Scallops                                                                

Deep sea diver scallops pan seared over rice pilaf and topped with goat cheese, crab, spinach and artichokes  



Margarita Shrimp                                        
Jumbo shrimp sautéed and tossed with peppers, onions and grape tomatoes in a lime butter sauce over pasta



Fresh Broiled Haddock       
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
