Cajun Salmon
Pan roasted cajun rubbed salmon filet served over scallion mashed potatoes and finished with a pineapple salsa

B.L.T.  Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented on a bed of tomatoes, onions, bacon and spinach over mashed potatoes

Bang Bang Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp breaded and tossed with barbeque sauce, served in an onion tower with white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
