Dinner Features February 10th, 2017

Chicken Bacon Alfredo      

Pan seared chicken breast, bacon, fresh spinach and tomatoes in a white wine alfredo sauce over pasta with garlic bread.      

Cranberry Pecan Chicken   

Herb crusted chicken breast over rosemary pecan stuffing finished with cranberry balsamic reduction served with brussel sprouts.      

            Fresh Pan Seared Salmon                                                                    

Seasoned pan seared salmon finished with herb infused hollandaise over asparagus with wild rice.

Irish Pub Strip Steak                                                                                                                      

Seasoned char grilled strip steak presented over bacon, cheddar and horseradish mashed potatoes finished with Guinness Demi Glaze onion straws.

Lemon Sherry Scallops                                                                                

Pan seared diver scallops in a sherry lemon pan sauce with asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh spinach over pasta finished with asiago cheese and capers.

 Firecracker Shrimp                                                       

Pan fried jumbo shrimp tossed in Asian buffalo sauce finished with toasted sesame seeds served over fried rice.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry                                                                                            

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
