Dinner Features February 5


Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with onion steak sauce and served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast strips and broccoli sautéed with garlic butter and finished with cream and parmesan, served over pasta   

Chicken Cutlet
Boneless chicken breast breaded and pan fried, presented over mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy   

Buttered Scallops
Deep sea scallops seasoned and broiled with butter, served with steamed white rice and a vegetable medley  

Tempura Shrimp
Jumbo tempura battered shrimp tossed in a char sous sauce and served over vegetable fried rice  

Pan Roasted Hebi (Spearfish)
Fresh Spearfish pan roasted and served over Caribbean rice pilaf and asparagus spears 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
